My husband has sever sleep apnea and has been placed on a simple machine at night that forces him to breath through his nose only and this keeps the breathing steady and he doesn't stop breathing. It has also had an added benefit...it lowered his blood pressure to a level that we no longer worry about a stroke or heart failure. I really hope the change of seasons will bring a change for good events to fill your family and home with the good stuff of life. It seems as though this has been a destuctive decade for a lot of people. It almost got to be too much a few weeks ago and I really wanted just to be free of all the heartache and injustice that I have been dealt. But I would only find myself at a massive weinner roast below and I wouldn't be given a stick and the smores are probably gone. Arghhhh...
