Firefox hits 50 million downloads

Firefox and the Mozilla community hit a historical milestone today. Fifty million downloads! To celebrate it, The SpreadFirefox team is running a contest to see who can do the most unique stunt to promote firefox. Among the prizes, the winners will each recieve a commemorative 50 million downloads coin. Also, the lucky person that downloaded firefox number 50,000,000 will win a special prize. Her name and what she won have yet to be released, although, I’m curious as to how they figured out who she was.

wow- it’s fantastic. I’m using firefox too- it’s just the best- everything what i am missing with the default install i get with extensions.. what could be better?
