		<description>First design looks really cool, but that space on the right of the header and link list bugs me in an experiment-inducing way.. I'm sure you could fit a cheesy JavaScript tooltip in there or center/right-align the list or something crazy.

Second one is brilliantly simple, but the underlined links on top remind me of really old styles (pre-CSS.) I'd lose the underlining personally.
